If you find you are no longer able to attend a workshop you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to facilitate your change onto another course of your choice where we have more than 28 days notice. We do not offer refunds for workshops that cannot be attended, but will issue a credit voucher for rebooking purposes, as long as the notice conditions have been met.
For workshops that are repeatedly rescheduled by the attendee over a period extending beyond 18 months of the original booking, any continued rebooking and subsequent attendance will be at the Baking School's discretion.
Unfortunately, with less than 28 days notice we will not be able to make a change, unless we have a waiting list for your original workshop. If you are not able to attend, you may, of course, send another attendee in your place. We are unable to offer refunds, but will do our best to accommodate you.
If we are unable to deliver a workshop due to, for example, unavailability of staff, we will provide you with a full refund, or place you onto the next available course you are able to attend. If, however, we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, for example extreme weather events, we will allow attendees to reschedule their workshop to a future date, at their convenience.
It is for this reason, we recommend that you check your personal insurance or consider taking out event insurance if you have any concerns about being unable to make your chosen workshop. Under-18s must be accompanied by a participating adult. Unfortunately, these workshops are not suitable for under-12s.
Vouchers: Vouchers hold no monetary value and are non-refundable once purchased. Once a voucher is used to book a workshop, all other terms and conditions apply.
