March 2022 Covid-19 Update We are delighted to have been able to run classes back at normal capacity since September last year. Fingers crossed, there should be no need to return to the half capacity classes of the preceding 18 months. If you were due to attend a workshop that had to be rescheduled, you should have received a rebooking code via email. Please do contact us if you have not received one but do check your spam/junk file first. You will have been given a full 12 months from the date of your original booking to rebook a new workshop with us and we hope to see you soon. If you have a voucher or booking code that is due to expire, please remember you do not have to attend before the expiry date, but we would appreciate you getting the booking in place - even if it some months away. Rest assured, our classes will be running with enhanced hygiene levels and additional Covid-19 safety protocols in place for as long as needed. We are prepared, at short notice, to change and adapt, according to government guidelines, should that ever be necessary again. We remain ever mindful and continue to keep the comfort and safety of our staff and guests paramount. With this in mind, for the time being, we intend to maintain mask-wearing at the workstations. We hope that even this measure will no longer be necessary by the summer. If you are exempt, or find mask-wearing too difficult for your own reasons, we are, of course, respectful of that status. Finally, thank you for your patience - we really do appreciate you bearing with us over the past two years. It has been a difficult time for everyone and we've been so buoyed by the support we've been shown by you all. So, a heartfelt thank you. Most of all, we hope that all classes will be running as normal from here on in. As further disruption seems less and less likely, we hope to be able to continue doing what we love to do - sharing our knowledge and experience with you, enabling you to make fresh, beautiful bread in your own kitchens. We look forward to welcoming you!
