Following the government announcement on Monday 4th January, we regret to say all classes until February 19th will be postponed. If you are booked onto one of these classes, we will be in touch to issue you with a booking code to rebook onto an alternative date of your choice.

Our award-winning bakery runs a variety of regular baking workshops throughout the year. Join us for classes ranging from introductory bread-making, to sourdough, to French or Italian.
We also run seasonal workshops—from hot cross buns to Christmas stollen—as well as collaborations with talented local chefs, bakers and photographers here at the baking school.
