News Update AUTUMN '25 *** We're delighted to announce that the Baking School has reopened this Autumn! *** We are now booking dates from September 2025 right through to Christmas and beyond. After a busy year and a flurry of activity behind the scenes, we have managed to secure our premises for a few more years and are simply delighted this means we can reopen the school in our familiar, charming 17th century building, rather than finding new premises elsewhere. To celebrate the grand reopening, we will be introducing some new workshops, in addition to our most popular classes. Check out our Workshop Calendar for the workshops over the forthcoming year. And, don't forget, our baking retreats in Tuscany continue at the beautiful Castello di Potentino.
