***News Update SPRING '25***

​After nearly ten years of teaching, we have now closed the doors at the school here in Cambridgeshire. We will no longer be running regular weekly workshops from our premises in Kingston, but I shall continue to teach at venues across the UK and in Europe, as both pop-up events and our regular Spring and Autumn retreats in Tuscany. I will be keeping you updated via the website about all the upcoming classes and retreats. Please also follow us on social media (Facebook or Instagram) to keep an eye on news releases.

SOURDOUGH EPISODE OF SLICED BREAD

We were delighted to welcome the ever-curious Greg Foot from Radio 4's Sliced Bread to the White Cottage Kitchen. As we bake sourdough together, we chat about artisan bread-vs-sliced bread and the rise of supermarket 'sourfaux'.
