In this aromatic workshop, you will learn how to handle the traditional wet doughs for ciabatta and focaccia – a very different process to the kneading of the old-fashioned English loaf. We will show you the secret to perfect pizza and have fun with the wonderful pane all’olio, using traditional Italian ingredients such as basil, olives, garlic, tomatoes and cheeses to create delicious breads for you to take home and share.

Please note our class sizes are small. We cannot guarantee to fill your place in class if we have insufficient time to reassign your booking. We therefore need 28 days' notice to make any amendments to your workshop date. Last minute cancellations for any reason, including sickness, cannot be accommodated.
