Inspired by my many years of teaching bread and pasta making in Italy, in this aromatic workshop we will show you how to handle the traditional wet doughs for ciabatta and focaccia – a very different process to the kneading of the old-fashioned English loaf. We will share the secret to perfect pizza and have fun with the wonderful pane all’olio, using traditional Italian ingredients such as basil, olives, garlic, tomatoes and cheeses to create delicious breads for you to take home with you.
Cancellation/rescheduling?
Please note our class sizes are small. We cannot guarantee to fill your place in class if we have insufficient time to reassign your booking. We therefore need 28 days' notice to make any amendments to your workshop date. Last minute cancellations for any reason, including sickness, cannot be accommodated.
