The Scandinavians are famous for their love of baking and hospitality, especially during the colder months. At the start of Lent, let us welcome you to our own version of hygge, here at the baking school. Join us for a day of Scandinavian baking, including classic cardamom buns, rye crackers and semla buns. Semlor are a delicious Shrove Tuesday treat made with fresh cream and almond paste, also known as fettisdagsbulle or Fat Tuesday buns! They are divine, moreish and you'll take home your very own box to share.
Cancellation/rescheduling?
Please note our class sizes are small. We cannot guarantee to fill your place in class if we have insufficient time to reassign your booking. We are happy to accommodate changes to your booking but need 28 days' notice to make any amendments to your workshop date. Last minute cancellations for any reason, including sickness, cannot be accommodated. Please see our full terms and conditions for further details.
