Piragi & Rye Baltic Baking Workshop
A delightful day of Baltic Baking with Alison Lusis.
Alison will share with us the secret of her wonderful, award-winning piragi, inspired by her Latvian family's recipes from the region. With you, she will bake both sweet and and savoury delights, using the finest smoked salmon* and local produce: perfect for picnics, canapés and family gatherings.
We will also bake a delicious Baltic rye, using local grain and yogurt - a soft and tender sandwich loaf, with the rich depths of flavour offered by therye.
You will share a delicious lunch with us and leave with your baskets brimming at the end of the day!
