For those of you who have yet to discover the joys of bread-making or those for whom it has just been too long…
A workshop in artisan bread-making, where you will learn the art of kneading, shaping, proving and baking simple rustic loaves. Having mastered the basics, we will cover how to incorporate other ingredients such as fruit, nuts and seeds. Finally, you will learn how to perfect the shaping of rolls in a variety of ways. We hope you’ll leave with both the skills and enthusiasm to really impress your family and friends from your own kitchen!
Cancellation/rescheduling?
Please note our class sizes are small. We cannot guarantee to fill your place in class if we have insufficient time to reassign your booking. We therefore need 28 days' notice to make any amendments to your workshop date. Last minute cancellations for any reason, including sickness, cannot be accommodated.
